If you are in the market for a TMS system, you will be interested in knowing that there are several issues with smartfreightware.

the major one is that they ONLY ARE OPERATIONAL IN INTERNET EXPLORE. I anm not joking. A company that promotes being one of the best TMS providers cannot work in Firefox, Opera, Chrome or any other mobile browser.

How lame! I suggest not even bothering with them until the get with the 21st century and get functionality for other browsers. I give them a 3 out of 10 for that poor judgment.

As of today, they stated it would be fixed in 30 days. I'll report back in 30 days and let you know if they fixed their limited TMS

Browser compatibility enhancements were released in April 2012. We now support all modern browsers, including Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox, Safari, Opera, and Internet Explorer.

Browser compatibility work is coming along - we are updating core features to work with current versions of Safari, Chrome, FireFox, and IE - we expect to see updates start rolling out by the end of February. Thanks for your patience!

Are you saying that Internet Explorer is not a 21st century browser? It's true, some of the advanced functionality of SmartFreightWare is designed to utilize IE specific components, and yes, we will have it compatible with FireFox, Chrome, and Opera by the end of October.

The TMS is not limited in any other way - quite the contrary. Please state your justification for this unfounded statement.
